Who we are

Tax Geaks Foundation Inc is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 39-2200829) providing free and low-cost tax preparation and financial education to low-income individuals and senior citizens.

Our services

Eligibility for free services is based on [income and age criteria - CLIENT TO CONFIRM]. We reserve the right to determine eligibility and to decline service where a return is outside the scope of our program.
Tax returns are prepared by IRS-certified preparers under the supervision of a licensed CPA. While we work carefully to prepare accurate returns, you are responsible for providing complete and truthful information, and you remain legally responsible for your own tax return.
A consultation or the use of this website does not by itself create a client relationship. A client relationship begins when we agree in writing (including by email) to prepare your return.

Educational content is not personal advice

Articles, guides, courses, and workshop materials on this site are for general education. They are not personalized tax, legal, or financial advice. Your situation is unique; talk to us or another qualified professional before acting on general information.

Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use our content to mislead others.
