Tax Geaks Foundation Inc ("we," "us," "the Foundation") is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 39-2200829) located at 275 Interstate North Cir SE, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30339. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you use our website or services, we may collect:

We never share your tax information with anyone except as required to prepare and file your return, as authorized by you in writing, or as required by law. Federal law (Internal Revenue Code Section 7216) restricts how tax preparers may use and disclose tax return information, and we follow it.

We never send spam or share your email with third parties for their marketing.
How we protect your information

Access to client information is limited to trained preparers and staff who need it to serve you.
